John Klingberg — Stats & Advanced Analytics
John Klingberg is an NHL defenseman for the San Jose Sharks.
Scouting Report
John Klingberg is a veteran defenseman who produces points at a high rate from the blueline. A solid defender, he plays second-pair minutes and offers significant offensive contributions, especially for a player drafted in the fifth round, pick one hundred thirty-one overall.
Despite his strong offensive output, Klingberg gives up chances at even strength. This aspect of his game limits his overall effectiveness in defensive situations.
